To begin. You will need to log into the Dashboard/Admin Area of WordPress.

Click on Pages – Left hand menu.
Click Add New (Button located at the top).
Give your page a title and add content.
When completed – click the Preview button (Top Right) to see before making the page live.
Once your happy with the page – click Publish (Top Right) to make the new page live.
