If you are unable to build your website yourself. You could add a prebuilt website to WordPress known as a Theme.
As mentioned above a WordPress Theme is basically a website that contains pages, menu items and more, all ready created for you by a member of the WordPress online community, that create themes that can be used FREE of charge.
To begin. You will need to log into the Dashboard/Admin Area of WordPress.

Once logged in – you can now begin adding your new Theme by clicking on Appearance located on the left-hand menu.
By default – you will see the Themes Page were on the right-hand side – you will see the Free themes that are included in WordPress as standard. Feel free to use one of these themes, but if you’re looking for something different – then click the Add New Theme Box continue.
This page will now contain FREE Themes that are available for you to use. Search through them. When you see one you like – you can Preview the Theme or click on Install to add it to your WordPress platform.
Once added – you can Activate the new theme and visit the front end of your website to make sure it’s in place.
When the Theme is in place – you can then begin modifying the content in place for your own content.
