To begin. You will need to log into the Dashboard/Admin Area of WordPress.

To begin. you will need to Create a Category to assign your post to.
Click Posts (Left-hand menu) & then click Categories.
Give your new category a name/title. Usually latest news or blog, but can be anything you like. Once complete, click Add New Category button.
Now you have a category, click Posts again (Left-hand menu).
To create a post click the Add New Button.
Give your post a Title & Add your content.
Add your post to a category you have created (Latest News, Blog Events. Posts) by ticking the box next to it.
Once you’re happy with your post, check a preview to be sure before making it live.
Click Publish button to make your post live..
