To upload, download or modify your website files, your can use file manager, which is a feature included in your cPanel/Web hosting solution.
To manage website files you must login to your cPanel / Web hosting account.

Once logged in, scroll down until you reach the Files Section and click File Manager.
This next screen now allows you to see all your website files. All main site files are usually located in the public_html folder by default. You can click the folder to see your files.
You can now select any website files you want and can edit, rename, move to another location/folder or delete the file.
